1. Pick out your oysters.
After an inquiry has been made, a representative will contact you to discuss the details of your event and what oysters you would like to offer. Want one variety, 2 varieties, 5 varieties? We got you covered! No worries if you are not very familiar. Our expertly trained staff can lead you in the right direction.

2. We pick them up from the airport.
The oysters are ordered and picked up from the airport the day of the event. They are immediately put on fresh ice and safely stored until its time to shuck them.

3. We shuck them.
The hardest part of serving oysters is taken out of your hands and is put into ours. Our oysters are expertly shucked and kept on ice throughout your entire event so that your guest can enjoy at their own leisure.

4. We maintain the raw bar and clean up.
Our oysters are displayed in a beautiful fashion (matching your theme) that will rival any upper class restaurant out there. The oysters are served with all the accompaniments (usually lemons, Tabasco, horseradish, cocktail sauce and mignonette). Our cold bar attendant will be there to display the shucking of oysters while be able answer any pressing questions. We will also maintain cleanliness, restock and clean up when the event is finished.
