THIS is what we are known for! We are talkin’ traditional Louisiana style boils. Corn, potato and anduie sausage come standard with as many other proteins as you like. We come with everything you need and cook it all fresh on site. With our incredibly delicate “soak” technique, all the proteins and vegetables are able to absorbs the flavors without getting overcooked. The end product is the most flavorful boil you and your guest will ever have!

Frozen crawfish has given crawfish a bad name. We NEVER use frozen crawfish. If you haven’t had it fresh, you haven’t had it! We do a lot more than just pick it up from the airport. We wash em, purge em, seperate em and transport them live to your location! We even have specially designed tables with trashcans in the center to bring everyone together (if you desire).
